Brad Pitt has made a name for himself not only as an actor, but also for his kind and generous spirit. Recently, his neighbor and fellow actor Cassandra Peterson, also known as the vampy Elvira, shared a story of Brad’s generosity towards their other neighbor, John.
Back in 1994, Brad bought a house from Peterson and began renovating to expand his property. Peterson bought another home next door and the pair became close friends.
Over time, Brad continued to expand his property and would try to by neighboring land whenever it went on sale. One of such properties was owned by an elderly man named John who had lived there with his wife until she recently passed away.
John was in his mid 90s when Brad made him a deal he couldn’t refuse. Brad would buy his home now, and John could live there rent-free for the rest of his life.
The two men became friends and Brad would always look out for John. Cassandra recalls multiple occasions where Brad would drive John to the store or help him make his appointments.
Sadly, John passed away at the age of 105. Brad and his 6 children were devastated when they heard the news as John was huge part of their little community.
